Christmas Lights

Firefox loves the elegant white Christmas lights.  Christmaslights01

I prefer the cheery colorful Christmas lights.  Christmaslights02

Naturally, we hang both to celebrate the holiday season.  Christmaslights03

  1. Ah they are great Jim, thanks for the cheer on this dismal winters day here, isn’t it amazing how twinkling lights can warm the heart and cheer up!

    1. Thanks. Yep, it is a good time for twinkling lights around here too. I hope we head into real winter, but right now it is grey, wet and chilly. A good week for twinkling lights. 🙂

    1. Thanks Amy. And to you. You know what they say in the song…. ‘It’s the most wonderful time of the year!” 🙂

    1. Thanks Aditix. Merry Christmas to you too. I hope you settle into a real Scandanavian winter. So far, we’ve only had one little burst of short-lived snow. All in due time. 🙂

      1. And Merry Christmas to you, Jim … It has been a pleasure connecting with you since joining the blogosphere in June! All the best for 2015 …

        1. Thanks Anabel. The pleasure is mine, as well. June? I must have found your blog very early on, because I’ve been dreaming of eating excellent, healthy, homegrown food in the Zambezi Valley for some months now…. 🙂

    1. You are welcome. No port was harmed in the making of this post. However, if you see the comment below, my sister seems to think straight whiskey might have been involved. I have NO IDEA where she came up with that! 🙂

    1. Thanks. Camera fun on a chilly evening. Your Thanksgiving day snowstorm photos were fabulous. Except for the complications with such things as ice on power lines, I think that might, indeed, be the finest weather on earth! Merry Christmas. 🙂

    1. You are welcome. And thank you for such an elegant comment. Glorious tapestry of color and merriment. Yea! That’s it. Thanks for putting it so. 🙂

    1. Hi Julie. Firefox is fine. She’s great! Full disclosure – she hung the Christmas Lights. All of them! Andrew and I have something in common, married to hard working ladies, as we are. Cheers. 🙂

    1. Thanks Tilly. Kinda like virtual Christmas lights, eh? So long as we don’t trade in virtual Christmas cheer. 🙂

    1. Thanks Jet. I was testing out slow shutter speeds and various motions. I think its kinda cool. Glad you liked it. 🙂
