We don’t have these large bees here, so I was amazed to see how huge they are, when I visited New Zealand last year, where they have unfortunately become a pest. Gorgeous capture!
Thanks. They are rather large and fuzzy. We have a few – not what I would call a bunch, but every day we’ll see some bumblebees buzzing around the flowers. At this time of year, anyway. Have a great day!
Really beautiful – lovely photos!
Thank You. I like the color combo of the clover and the bee.
I love these pics…could I reblog them?
You bet! Thanks. I appreciate it. 🙂
Wow, these are all truly beautiful photographs!
Thank you very much. They are great subjects. A bee much more interested in the clover than the photographer. 🙂

Reblogged this on Le cose piu belle (the most beautiful things).
I don’t even question why I love bumblebees so much anymore.
Indeed! And I no longer question why I encourage the red clover to grow. 😉
Wonderful post… What a joyful place !!!.- Lovely photos.
Best regards, Aquileana 😀
Thank you very much. It is a joyful place. I’m glad you could tell. Best regards to you as well. 🙂
Fantastic!!!
Thanks! 🙂
Great capture indeed! Love the thoughtful sequencing and presentation of your nature photos!
Thank you very much. It sure was polite of the bee to hang around, providing enough shots for an interesting sequence. 🙂
